App Settings Overview

The Settings & Info section on your app allows you to customize and manage key aspects of your VisitorReach account. Below is a breakdown of each setting and how you can use it to get the most out of your experience.

Account Info

Your Account Info displays:

  • Your name
  • Your church’s location
  • Your email username

This is where you can confirm that your profile details are correct and up to date.

Analytics

The Analytics dashboard provides insights into:

  • People per Journey – See how many people are in each Journey.
  • People per Source – See which source people are coming from.
  • People Added per Week – Track how many new people are added to the app weekly.
Note: The current week’s data is not displayed in real time. Analytics update after the week is complete.

Manage Quick Replies

Efficiently edit existing Quick Replies or create new ones to streamline your communication process.

Security

Keep your account secure with:

  • Face ID login (optional)
  • Password reset option

Notifications

Choose how you stay informed by customizing:

  • Notification settings
  • Unread message count

Appearance

Personalize the look and feel of your app:

  • Select Light, Dark, or Auto mode (to match your device’s settings)
  • Adjust app font size for readability

Log Out

If something seems off, try logging out and back in — this often resolves minor issues quickly.

The bottom-left corner of the screen displays the version of the app you are currently using.
