Download the App

The Visitor Reach app is available for both iOS and Android. Once installed, open the app to access the main navigation menu, which includes four key icons at the bottom of the screen.

Settings Tab

Located at the bottom right of the screen, the Settings tab allows you to:

View Account Info and Analytics

  • Track how many people are in each journey.
  • See the source of each contact (social media ad, church connect card, web form, widget, or QR code).
  • Monitor weekly additions to your app’s database.

Manage Quick Replies

Quick Replies are pre-loaded text templates that make messaging more efficient.

  • To edit: Tap on a quick reply to change its title, language, or delete it.
  • To create a new one: Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right. You can create replies for specific events or updates to use in future conversations.

Groups Tab

The Groups section contains four default groups:

  • Engage
  • Connect
  • Follow Up
  • Assimilate

Custom Groups

  • Tap the blue plus icon in the lower right to create unlimited custom groups.
  • Assign a name, description, and color.
