After the Click: Custom Follow-Up

Whether someone scans a QR code or clicks a social media ad, they can be automatically added into a Custom Group within VisitorReach. From there, build a tailored Journey with personalized texts and emails to ensure every contact receives ongoing follow-up.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Create a Group: In your VisitorReach Dashboard, create a group to capture all engagements from your ad campaign. Example: Easter Campaign.
  2. Create a Journey: If desired, add a Journey to your group. Assign the Journey to the corresponding group so contacts receive automated texts and emails.
  3. Generate a QR Code Link: From the desired group in your Dashboard, create a QR code or URL link.
  4. Copy and Use the Link: Copy the QR code or URL. Add it to the Call-to-Action in your marketing initiative (e.g., social ad, direct mailer, landing page).
  5. Launch the Campaign: Begin your campaign and engage with new contacts in the VisitorReach platform. As people complete the webform, they are automatically routed into your custom group and journey.

Lead Volume Disclaimer

Standalone campaigns can be effective for reaching new people but may yield fewer leads compared to ongoing VisitorReach ad campaigns. Continuous campaigns benefit from broader reach and ongoing optimization.
