Is there a framework I should keep in mind when responding to people?
We suggest first acknowledge what someone has said showing your interest and care in their situation, provide some content (such as an encouraging word or information about your church), and end with a question to continue the conversation (such as “Would you be open to coming to church this Sunday?”).
