Accessing Your Dashboard
- Navigate to dashboard.visitorreach.com.
- Log in using your credentials.
- Accept cookies when prompted and proceed to the main dashboard screen.
Home Screen and Analytics
Upon login, you’ll land on the home screen, which offers an overview of your analytics:
- Track how many people are in each journey.
- View where contacts originated (e.g., social ads, web forms, QR codes, church connect cards).
- Monitor weekly additions to your app's database.
Conversations
The Conversations section allows you to:
- View all active message threads.
- Identify conversations requiring your attention (highlighted in blue).
- Read full message history by clicking on a thread.
- Compose responses manually, use Quick Replies, or leverage the AI Assistant.
- Access personal information (contact source, group association) for each individual.
- Filter messages by group, adjust how many are displayed, and search by name, email, or phone.
Groups
Manage Groups
- View all members within each group.
- Create unlimited custom groups for internal teams, ministries, events, or interest areas.
- To create a new group, click ‘Add Group’, enter a name, short description, choose a color, and save.
Message by Group
- Click Send Message to send a mass text or email to:
- All contacts

- Specific groups
- Use Smart Tags (e.g., first name) to personalize messages.
- All messages are delivered within five minutes.
Create QR Codes
- Click into any group and select Create QR Code.
- Download the QR code and link for digital or printed use.
Journeys
View and Edit Journeys
- See all active journeys and timelines for scheduled messages (text or email).
- Click on any journey to:
- View or edit message content and timing.

- Reschedule or revise messaging for all associated users.
Create Custom Journeys
- Click “Add Journey”.
- Assign a name (e.g., "New Believer Follow-up").
- Add a description and associate the journey with a group.
- Build steps:
- Choose message type (text/email)

- Set timing (immediate, specific day, or relative to previous message)

- Customize the content for each step.
People Management
In the People tab, you can:
- View all contacts in your database.
- Filter by group or search by name, email, or phone number.
- Manually add a new contact by entering:
- First name, last name

- Phone number, email
-
- Assigned group and source of contact
Quick Replies
Quick Replies are texting templates that save time when managing communication.
- View all existing templates.
- Click to edit any message.
- Create new replies as needed for specific events, updates, or announcements.
VisitorTap
VisitorTap allows you to use contactless cards to instantly connect guests to church resources via smartphone tap.
Key Features:
- Customize cards using the Bulk Group Editor or individually.
- Assign custom URLs or use the Tap Tree Form Builder to: Guide users to guest forms, event signups, donation platforms, and more.
- Tap cards instantly trigger access to resources on the guest’s device.
- Manage links in real-time through the dashboard for dynamic, personalized experiences.
Shop
Visit the Shop section to order:
- Visitor Tap Cards (in various formats)
- Custom vinyl stickers
- Other branded Visitor Reach tools
