How to Create a Journey
Journeys are customizable communication workflows designed to guide individuals through a series of nurturepoints.

Creating Journeys
Building Journeys allows you to create automated and strategic communication flows for engaging with your contacts. Each Journey consists of nurture point messages, which can be sent via email or text message.
Adding a Message to Your Journey
- Select Add Email or Add Text Message to include a new nurture point message.
- Enter a Message Name to keep your Journey organized.
- Type your Message Content in the provided field.
- Select Save to finalize the message.
Setting the Send Timing
You have multiple options for when your message will be sent:
- Send Immediately: Typically used for the first message in a Journey.
- Relative to Last Message: Schedule the message to be sent a specific amount of time after the previous one (e.g., 2 days later at 3:15 PM).
- Specific Date: Choose an exact date for the message to be sent.
- Day of the Week: Select a recurring day (e.g., weekdays only at 3:15 PM).
Conversation Delay Rule
The system includes a Conversation Delay Rule, an optional tool which prevents a message from being sent if the recipient has responded within the last 48 hours. This ensures that automated messages do not interfere with active conversations.
Rearrange NurturePoint Messages
If you would like to rearrange the current order of the NurturePoint messages or add a new one in between existing NurturePoints, you can drag and drop the NurturePoints accordingly. Be sure to adjust the NurturePoint Trigger Settings and Conversation Delay Rule if you would like that changed given the new order.
NOTE: This is currently available only for custom journeys and will be available for default (Engage, Connect, Follow Up, & Assimilate) journeys soon.
