How to Upload People from a CSV into a Group

Uploading a CSV to an Existing Group

  1. Go to Groups in your VisitorReach Dashboard.
  2. Click on the name of the desired Group (ex: Assimilate, All Church Members, etc.).
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Manage People in Group.
  4. Select Add People.
  5. Choose Import CSV.
  6. Click Choose File and select the CSV file from your device.
  7. Click Import to complete the upload.
Note: Make sure your CSV file is properly formatted before importing. Check out this article for guidance on CSV formatting.

Uploading a CSV to a New Group

  1. Go to Groups.
  2. Click Add Group.
  3. Fill in the Name and Description fields.
  4. Click Add Group to create it.
  5. Follow the same steps above to upload your CSV file into this new Group.
