What Can Notes Be Used For?
Notes can be used for anything that may be helpful for you or your internal team to remember about a person. For example, you might add a note about:
- Pastoral care or important details shared during a conversation
- An upcoming visit they are planning to make
- A prayer request you want to remember or follow up on
- A significant life situation or update they have shared
- Important context that may help another team member continue the conversation
- A reminder for future follow-up or connection
The possibilities are flexible. The goal is to provide your team a convenient place to keep helpful context connected to the person so it can be referenced when needed.
How to Access Notes from People
- Navigate to People in your App or Dashboard.
- Select the person whose profile you would like to view.
- Click Personal Info.
- See Notes.
- From here, you can view notes associated with that person or add information you would like to remember.
Accessing Notes from Conversations
You can also quickly access a person's notes while viewing a conversation.
- Open Conversations and click on the person’s profile to view their information.
- Navigate to Notes within their profile.
- View or add notes without leaving the conversation or searching for the person under People.
