Creating a New Journey
To set up a new Journey:
- Navigate to the Journeys section.
- Click Create New Journey on the right.
- Enter a Journey Name and a Brief Description to define its purpose.
- Assign the Journey to a Specific Group to ensure the right contacts receive the messages.
- Click Save Changes to finalize.
Customizing Existing Journeys
You can enhance current Journeys by adding:
- New Emails to provide additional touchpoints.
- Text Messages for timely and direct communication.
- Transitions to move individuals from one journey to another based on their engagement.
By adding new Journeys to your app, you will be able to customize your communication style for your church. Organizing the individuals you connect with and ensuring that they are given the correct follow-up information will provide efficiency so you can focus on connecting with people.
