Finding and Adding Everybody in your VisitorReach App
Searching for People
You can quickly locate individuals by searching with:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Filtering by Group
To refine your search, use the Group Filter to display individuals associated with a specific group. This helps in managing contacts based on their engagement journey.
Adding a New Person
- Click Add Person in your dashboard.
- Enter their Name, Email, and Phone Number (if applicable).
- Assign them to a Specific Group to ensure they receive the appropriate messages.
- Click Add Person to save.
