Managing VisitorTap in Your Dashboard

You can manage your visitor tap cards and stickers directly from your dashboard. Each tap card or sticker includes a unique Tap ID, identified by the last four digits printed in small numbers on the bottom of the card or sticker.

Setting Up VisitorTap

  1. Navigate to the VisitorTap tab on your dashboard.
  2. Assign a Name to each VisitorTap card or sticker to easily identify its location and purpose.
  3. Enter or update the URL Link that visitors will be directed to when they tap their phone on a VisitorTap card. ALL URL must include https:// – not just http:// (for example: https://visitorreach.com).

Linking Options

You have two main options when assigning a destination to your tap cards:

  1. Single URL: You can direct each tap to one specific URL. When a person taps their phone to the card or sticker, this URL will automatically open on their device.

  2. Tap Tree: A tap tree allows you to connect multiple links under a single tap. This can include resources such as:
    • Giving platforms
    • Small group signups
    • Prayer request forms
    • Digital connect cards

Real-Time Editing

Any link connected to a tap card can be edited at any time by you or any team member with access. Changes are applied instantly.
