Onboarding FAQ
How long will onboarding take?
Onboarding generally takes about a month but can be as short as a few weeks, depending on your team's ability to complete all the necessary tasks. Onboarding is usually completed in 3 meetings: Kick-off, Content Review, and Mobile App Training.
Who needs to be on the first onboarding call?
While this can vary depending on how your church is structured, we would suggest including:
- Lead and/or executive pastor
- Assimilation pastor
- Creative director
- Any volunteers you plan on having assist with your VisitorReach app
What changes will you make on our website?
We will make 2 changes to your site to help capture Seekers: On your homepage, we will install a small widget on the right hand side that allows those interested in learning more information to request it. Additionally, we will build a landing page which will have a form for Seekers to complete.
Will we review the ads before they go live?
Before we go live with ads, we will submit them to your team for review and approval.
Why do you need Facebook access and what will you do with it?
Granting VisitorReach access to your Meta account allows us to run ads on your behalf across Facebook and Instagram. These ads are a part of the larger multichannel approach that we use to connect seekers in your community with your church.
Does VisitorReach integrate with Planning Center?
Yes, we are able to integrate with Planning Center. You will be given a link prior to launch to set up the integration.
When does my billing start?
Your monthly billing begins once we have completed onboarding and go live with VisitorReach.
