Understanding Your VisitorReach Home Screen
The VisitorReach home screen provides a comprehensive overview of key engagement metrics, helping you track visitor interactions and communication efforts at a glance. Here's how to interpret each section:
People Per Journey (Left Side)
This section displays how many individuals are in each journey stage, including:
- Engage: The initial stage where new seekers are introduced to the app.
- Connect: People who have replied and shown interest.
- Follow-Up: People who have visited your church and are ready to begin a more face-to-face relationship.
- Assimilate: People who have begun to take next steps in the church and are looking to become a permanent member.
People Per Source (Right Side)
This section tracks how visitors first connected with your church, including:
- Social Media: Those who engaged through platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
- Web Form: Individuals who filled out a digital form on your website.
- Church Connect Card: Visitors who used your in-person or digital connection cards.
People Added Per Week (Bottom Left)
This section shows how many new people have been added to your system each week. For example: On December 1st, 32 new people were added to the database.
VisitorTap Usage (Bottom Right)
This section displays data on how many times visitors have tapped a VisitorTap card or sticker to engage with your church’s resources.
SMS/Text Quota (Bottom Section)
This section provides insight into your monthly text message usage:
- Total Text Messages Available
- Messages Sent
- Remaining Messages
