Seasonal and Special Event Ad Campaigns

Why Seasonal and Special Event Campaigns Matter

Christmas and Easter are the two biggest opportunities of the year for churches to connect with their community. During these seasons, people are more open to the gospel, looking for connection, and actively searching for a church to attend.

Throughout the year, your church also hosts events that create meaningful opportunities to serve, connect with, and invite your community. From VBS and worship nights to food pantries, toy drives, and other outreach events, every event is an opportunity to help someone take a step toward your church.

VisitorReach helps you maximize these moments with Seasonal and Special Ad Campaigns—ready-made marketing packages designed to expand your reach and invite more people to your services.

The Goal

Our Seasonal and Special Event Promotion Campaigns are designed to:

  • Expand your reach when your church is hosting important events.
  • Invite new people with clear, compelling ad event messaging.
  • Simplify your marketing with professionally managed ad campaigns.
  • Help your church connect with people before they ever walk through your doors.

How It Works

VisitorReach offers two Promotion Campaign packages exclusively for current clients. Each includes high-quality ad sets and personalized options.

You choose the package that best fits your needs and timeline, and we handle the rest—from building campaigns to launching and monitoring ads.

Getting Started

You’ll receive an email invitation to join the Seasonal and Special Ad Campaigns. You can also schedule a call with your Client Success Coach or Sales Representative to walk through package options.

Because these campaigns are time-sensitive, we recommend securing your package as early as possible to meet deadlines and ensure maximum impact.

What to Do After Your Event

Your ad campaign is just the beginning. Following up after your event helps turn first-time guests into lasting relationships.

Best Practices

  • Send a follow-up message within 24-48 hours.
  • Thank attendees for coming.
  • Invite them to one clear next step, such as a Sunday service, small group, or upcoming event.
  • Keep your message short, personal, and conversational.

Sending a Mass Message

If your event contacts are organized into a Group, you can send a mass message to everyone at once from the VisitorReach Dashboard. This is a great way to thank attendees, invite them back, or share what's coming next. Click here to learn more about sending mass messages.
