Transitioning One Group to Another

Groups allow you to organize people into custom categories for more personalized communication.

Here's how to transition one group to another:

1. Select the Journey that you would like to transition.
2. Click on Add Transition.
3. Name the Transition to specify the new Group they are being transitioned to for better organization.
4. Select which Group you would like to transition the original Group to.
5. Check the box next to Remove from current group if you would like them to only receive messages from the new Journey they are being transitioned into. 
6. Save your changes by clicking Save NurturePoint.

With this tool, Groups of individuals will be able to be moved to a different one to update the messages they receive, whether it’s to move to another Journey, add/remove from a custom group, or end a custom event.
