How to Use AI Suggested Responses
Locate the Reply with AI icon next to the Quick Replies icon.
Once clicked, the feature will generate a response based on the most recent message in the conversation.
Generating and Editing Responses
If you need a new response, click Generate New Response. If the generated response isn't exactly what you need, you can edit it before sending.
Best Practices
Keep in mind that AI suggestions are based only on the latest message in a conversation. If needed, you can refine the generated message before sending to better match your church’s communication style.
