VisitorTap Usage
Each VisitorTap card has a unique Tap ID Number, which corresponds to a specific link. Tracking these IDs helps you measure engagement and monitor usage across all your VisitorTap products.
Accessing Usage Data
You can view tap activity in your dashboard under VisitorTap Usage. This section allows you to see how your cards are being used and track overall engagement.
Time Range Filters
Use the top drop-down menu to switch between:
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 7 days
- 30 days
Data View Options
Use the bottom drop-down menu to switch between:
- Tap ID (batch number printed on your product)
- ID Name (custom name you’ve chosen for your product)
